Methane Blower Packages
'Supercharge' your well production with a methane gas blower package from CS GAS.
In CS GAS’s quest to source new products to support the CBM and CMM industries in Australia; we have now added a Methane Gas Blowers to our product range. Our methane blower packages are equipped with a fully automated variable frequency drive (VFD) system, which can significantly increase production from pressure depleted coal bed methane wells.
To maximize gas flow and provide a quick return on investment, the Gas Blower incorporates a programmable controller that closely monitors suction pressure, discharge pressure, differential pressure, and discharge temperature. The controller automatically adjusts blower speed through the VFD to keep these parameters within safe limits and provide a consistent gas flow. The VFD system also allows blower performance to be modified quickly to meet changing wellhead conditions and enhance the overall efficiency of the system.
Some of the features of our packages are:
- Small footprint design, incorporating complete piping and control equipment.
- Can deliver up to 100kPa differential pressure, capable of creating a vacuum on the suction line.
- Energy-efficient electrically driven system.
- Ability to automatically control throughput based on pressure, ensuring continued stable operation of your well.
- Can be easily adapted to suit GOAF drainage application in underground coal mines.
