Our ProductsSeparatorsCS GAS manufacturers a range of de-gassing and de-watering separators, these products can be self contained or a ProSkids can be customised to include the separator. The separators are either vertical or horizontal mounted either free standing or skid mounted. The separators are engineered to AS1210, fabricated to AS4458-1997 / ASME B31.3 – 2008 and inspected to AS 4037-1998. The separators include demister pad, level control, sight glass and a pressure relief valve. The in line level control valve maintains a constant liquid level within the separator. This is achieved by an internal floatation system attached within the separator with a 150mm ANSI 150# flange, connected to the valve by a trunnion/linkage system. The diaphragm balanced mechanical valve has 50mm NPT female threads. A high quality 50mm stainless steel pressure relief valve has a preset factory pressure. Each separator comes complete with a liquid level gauge, comprising of two carbon steel automatic ball check valves with 15mm NPT connections and 6mm NPT drain plugs. The 16mm glass is pressure rated to 2172 kPa at 66oC. The sight glass is protected by four 304 stainless steel rods. There are also extra nozzles for optional level switches to shutdown pump via automation as secondary back up. The pipe line spools are welded in accordance with AS4041-2006 and ASME B31.3-2008. As the pipe spools are manufactured they are uniquely identified for material certification traceability. All fabricated pipe spools are tested and conform to AS 4037 pressure equipment examination and testing and ANSI B31.3 processing piping. CS GAS Separators are an “off the shelf” solution and can also be fabricated to individual client requirements and specifications. |
