Fabrication

CS GAS has engineering and custom fabrication services with certified welders for STT MIG, MIG, FCAW, TIG and MMAW processes. Products and services include:

• Pipe spool fabrication;
• Lateral wellheads for SIS wells including poly pipe hanger and dart assembly;
• Down-hole sensor protectors on 2-3/8’’, 2-7/8’’, 3-1/2’’ pup joints;
• Slotted strainer joints 2-3/8’’, 2-7/8’’, 3-1/2’’ ;
• Down-hole gas separators (Poor Boy style) ;
• Portable flare stacks;
• Portable fence panels for around wellheads; and
• CNC lathe thread cutting and machining.

CS GAS provides custom fabrication services by certified welders and assembly of electrical and instrumentation systems according to clients’ individual specifications and designs.
