Field Services

CS GAS provides field services that complement the remote management of gas wells, support clients’ field personnel or provide a complete turn-key solutions and field management. CS GAS can provide experienced personnel on site for 1 to 31 days per month, dependant on the client needs and wells phase of development. CS Gas can provide the following services:

• CS GAS provides field I&E calibration, audit and maintenance services to ensure accurate gas measurement, correct PLC parameters and communication operations (radio survey).

• Production related activities including maintaining of operational settings, conditions to achieve optimum production rates from the wells - fluid levels, back pressure;
• Management of all faults and trip levels, to include response to any fault condition from the wells;
• Maintenance and inspection including completion of weekly maintenance checklists - generator diesel levels, vegetation clearing, visual inspections, lubrication of machinery; and
• Manage production data and weekly reporting requirements.

• Installation, commissioning and the supervision - well head control systems (ProSkid), Separators, Water Level Monitoring Stations, PC pump and down-hole sensors installations; and
• Onsite pressure welding of gas lines.
